You will receive a finished digital video that can be viewed, downloaded, and shared privately with family and friends.

Absolutely. We’re proud of the work we do and stand by it. We want every customer to be completely happy with their video. We’ll work with you to make it right, and if you’re not satisfied with what we make in the end, we’ll refund you immediately.

What materials can I submit, and how are they used?
You may submit photos and personal materials that help tell your loved one’s story. Older or low-quality photos are completely acceptable. Not every submitted item will necessarily appear in the final video, as selections are made to create the most cohesive and meaningful tribute.
Can I request specific music?
Yes. You may request a specific song or music style during the intake process. Music requests help set the overall feel of the video, and we do our best to honor them whenever possible. Final music selection may be adjusted to ensure the video flows smoothly and respectfully as a complete piece.
What is the creation timeline, and what happens after I submit my materials?
Once your materials are submitted, the creation process begins. The average turnaround time is 5–10 business days, depending on the project and creative needs.
